Spelt flour

Can anyone tell where I can find Spelt flour, I have looked in Gamm Vert and Carrefour. What is the translation, I have looked for Epeaurtre (?) to no avail. Thanks in advance.

Re: Spelt flour

Google farine d'épeautre and you'll see some places.
(I can't do links on here.)

Re: Spelt flour

We have no problem getting it in any organic shop. We can buy different grades from Type 55 through to 110. You can also get Petit Epeautre. We buy 5kg bags for bread making. It tends to need less liquid than normal flour.

Re: Spelt flour

They do it in Auchan - also called 'Dunkel'
In or near the Bio section

Re: Spelt flour

I imagine the bio shop in Montreuil would have it, if you live anywhere near there
Ticking over, just about.
