Acronyms

Don't you just love them.

A couple of weeks ago I received my bi-annual invitation to participate in the health services 'colorectal cancer' screening process.

Needless to say I did participate although I doubt you'll want a resume of that process!

What I particularly noticed on the invitation letter is the amount of agencies and organisations involved with this simple procedure.

Including the government there are nine different logos belonging to these organisations dispersed around the perimeter of the letter.

However, the one which caught my eye and bought a smile to my face was the logo of the Regional Health Agency. Obviously written in French  it becomes Agence Régionale Santé.

Their logo?  ARS.

Well, given the circumstances it made me smile.Big Smile <img src=">

Clearly not a swimming pool owner, I think it was Pool Guy all those years back who posted the change in name but how they are linked to your circumstance I can't imagine unless they use the same set of drain rods Ick! [+o(]Woot! [:-))]Big Smile [:D]

Re: Acronyms

Aren’t acronyms bits of kit used for holding up the floor or wall when you are working round or under it and you dont want it to fall down?
